Thruster opinions?

due for new (kite) got it down to thruster14 or ocean rodeo14.
thrusters got the speed but OR has the reputation. any comments?
looking for a low wind, low bar pressure, easy relaunch(reverse launch like the gk)

Permalink Reply by greg meintjes on March 24, 2008 at 8:17am: Mr Galeltic,the reason I had a switchblade 3 is that I have been riding Cabrinhas for about the last 6 years and that I also get them at a very ,very cheap price,in fact I actualy sold my kite for more than I paid for it,so there was no money wasted only money earned.As I stated there is nothing wrong with the Cabrinha kites I have just found a kite I like more.
Peter,as I said I have not tried the latest OR,s or dealt with them, but so far I am very happy with the service and follow up I am recieving from Dave at Eclipse

Permalink Reply by greg meintjes on March 26, 2008 at 2:39pm: Rode my new 12m thruster today in18 -22 mph winds and it is without a doubt the best kite I have ridden,I am not saying other kites are bad , what I am saying is that this kite is a really good, solid, stable and fast kite ,and if anyone is looking to get some new equipment then they should try one out.I am now in the process of ordering a 8m and will let you know what I think of it when I have tried it .; ▶ Reply to This
